Head Coach - Colman Roberts

Coach Roberts enters his seventh year as the head coach of the Woodland Fast Pitch team.  During his six years as the head coach, the Lady Cats have compiled a 149-70 record and advanced to the state tournament in 2002, the elite eight in 2004, and again advanced to the state tournament in 2006.  Coach Roberts is also the head girls basketball coach at Woodland High School.  Prior to Woodland, Roberts headed the Lanier County Boys Basketball team and also assisted football and baseball at Lanier.  Roberts coached softball, baseball and basketball at Brooks County in Quitman, Georgia during the 1998 season and was the head baseball coach at Echols County in Statenville for five years prior to Brooks County.

Roberts earned a bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education from Georgia College in 1991, a master's degree in Education from Cambridge College in Boston, Massachusetts in 2000, and a specialist's degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2006.

A native of Rome, Georgia, Colman and his wife Kelly, reside in Cartersville with their two children, Bailey (11) and Peyton (7).

Assistant Coach - Matt Bowen

Coach Bowen enters his 4th year as an assistant fast pitch coach with the Lady Cats.  He also handles the duties of the head coach for the 9th grade and JV baseball teams at Woodland.  Coach Bowen is entering his 3rd year at Allatoona Elementary School as a 4th grade teacher.

Prior to Woodland, he played 3 seasons at Sprayberry High School in Marietta where he was a pitcher for the Yellow Jackets.  Coach Bowen received his Bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2002 from Kennesaw State University.  He decided that teaching was in his future and earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Early Childhoon Education from Kennesaw State University in 2005.

A native of Marietta, Georgia, Matt resides in Cartersville, Georgia.

Assistant Coach - Adrian Tramutola

Coach Tramutola enters his first season as an assistant with the Lady Cats. Prioir to Woodland, Coach Tramutola coached Wrestling, Baseball and Football at McEachern High School. Coach Tramutola has a bachelors degree in Physical Education from the University of Tennessee@Chattanooga. He also curently working on his master's degree.
